ADCNR Youth Dove Hunt Registration

Be ready for some changes. Gotta have your CID # handy and you can only register for 1 hunt at a time. You cannot register for a second hunt until the hunt you registered for has concluded.

I was prepared for the changes, but there seemed to have been some technical difficulty early on.
