Cleaned some hogs out. - 02/25/23 01:16 PM

Two more down.
Caught more hogs feeding yesterday evening in the fields.
More than one Aldeer member was involved in the cleaning.
I’ve never cleaned a boar this big and cooked it. I’ve heard many people don’t eat the larger boars, but I would guess that is on the 250lbs and up category.

We shall see tonight and tomorrow.
Grilled tenderloin tonight, and smoking the ham tomorrow.
I’ve cooked a boar around 125 lbs, and it was fine.

No, this one was stink free.

I’ve had some that did stink in the past, and they were not even considered to be eaten.
