Hogs tuscaloosa

I know it’s a long shot anybody in or around north side got a hog trap they want to put to use. We’ve got a herd of 10 or 15 that’s showed up and we’d like to get rid of them.

You got them coming to bait regularly?

They’re not on bait they are just hanging out in one particular field we have. This is our first year with them surprisingly and we are trying to get them stopped before they start. We don’t put bait out at all anywhere in the land.

I’m not quiet sure what your asking

If you want to catch them you need to start by putting up a feeder to keep them in the area.

DO NOT at that point let anyone shoot them at the feeder!!!

Once they start coming to the feeder you can place the trap there.

Patiently wait and make sure you are getting on camera the whole sounder in the trap, and after that shows on camera, you can set the trap.

Call me, and I may can help you, but I'm not taking up the trap I have already out, to move it to a place that isn't going to produce.
It's just to costly and time consuming for me.

We made a trap out of hog panels and T-post. The trap resembles the shape of the number "6". The "leg" of the 6 acts as a funnel for the hogs to find their way into the trap. If you speak with David he can tell you about our trap.
