I have heard that the area around Payne like has a lot of hogs but was wondering if the Cahaba WMA had any hogs as it is a closer drive for me.

I saw one set of hog tracks on Cahaba years ago. You don’t have to go all the way to Payne Lake on Talladega.

Heck, the only hogs I've personally seen on Oakmulgee were about halfway down the road going to the shooting range, from the Duncanville side. About halfway in, you go over bridge crossing a creek and I've seen them there more than once.

I saw some sign in the Duncanville area but not much about two weeks ago. Looked to be a lone boar.

my BIL and his family have some land in Duncanville bordering the WMA and it's covered in pigs. In fact, the biggest hog I've ever seen was on S Sandy, about a 1/4 mile off Bear Creek Rd....standing about 75yds off the road and I swear it looked like a smallish cow. Though, I'm thinking it may have been a penned hog that got out.

I know that last year there was a lot of sign in that area and we always seem to be a step behind them
