Friday 10/6/17 Hunt

With Archery Season opening this coming weekend; there is a good chance that this was my last hunt of the year. But, if so, it was a dang good one!! The dogs did as good of a job as I could have possibly asked for and I got to spend the day with some young guys that I have watched grow up and turn into good young men! About the only drawback we had during the entire hunt was a large boar swimming the river at the end. But, a couple of theee guys did not let that stop them.....they jumped in and swam over to the bay and caught/killed the hog!! We were nice enough to go get a job boat and haul em back across. LOL

looked the same LOL Glad ya had younger guys that would swim that river, you must of held back the info about the big alligators that are attracted to dogs barking.

He was probably 250-260......good, solid boar hog.

Those are some good looking dogs. I love the coloring of the spotted one on the right.
