I wonder if wardens really care enough about this issue to really focus on handing out tickets for killing a dang hog over bait at night. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would tend to think it would be pretty low on the priority list on a hot summers night. I mean if I guy wants to go ride out to his fields where feeders are and see if he can bust some hogs one night who is that really hurting from a wardens point of view. Anyways, maybe I better not even try.

When I would hunt hogs in Elmore county at night the GW told me to always send him a text before I went so if he got any calls he already knew what was going on. I never had a problem.

Can you use nightvision/thermal or is that still off the table for us folk who can't pay for guided hunts on big farms that lease to private outfitters?
