AU Olympic Vetch

Anybody got any experience with it? Universal Seed has it on their list this year and i thought about giving it a try.
Thoughts?

As a food plot or a winter cover crop?? Vetch is great for fixing nitrogen but I cant recall deer browsing it up here and I sow all my crop fields with hairy vetch.
