Never planted BFO but deer eat the Codsack oats just fine

I use black oats and Coker 227 , my babies love them both. Super cold, single digit temps nip the Cokers back a bit , but they've always bounced back fine.

They are pretty good and the deer eat them. As far as them being side by side in a field I’ve had more success with the Bfo.

Ha! That's what we've been calling em too. They work great for us and deer keep em mowed down so I'd say they are great.
