Herbicide?

So, I planted a 50/50 mix of perodovik sunflower and sunn hemp. It's about3 inches tall and full of grass. Can I spray it with Clethodim and not hurt the hemp or sunflowers?

Not sure on sun hemp but will not hurt sunflowers. Spray you a small test strip and see on the sunhemp

Thanks guys, I appreciate the information. I sprayed a test strip today to be safe. I read sun hemp was considered a broadleaf legume. So I assume I'll probably be okay. But, you can read jitsu add much bad information on the internet as good information. So, I should know soon.

You did right and I would assume you're ok with clethodim. But assuming with chemicals isn't smart
