Farm update

Had a great weekend on the farm setting up a ladderstand and checking on things.

Millet


Eagle Seed soybeans planted in early July.

Looks great. Can't believe your deer are letting those tender young beans survive outside the fence.They must be well fed.

Thanks. There is another plot deeper into the property with soybeans that they are absolutely hammering so I'm sure that's helped allow these to grow. I've also used Milorganite to help keep them away until the beans get established.

Yes, it's the house where my grandfather grew up. Here is a picture of him out front, which might have been a "senior picture."

Marion county. Cousins own it, but I have hunting privileges.

that green siding on the side of the house. Is that wood or asbestos?

No idea.

thats bout what asbestos siding looks like, if it has a texture like hard sheetrock, be careful around it.
