Perry Co. land for sale.

As posted before, we have 219 acres for sale, my dad has owned this tract for 20+ years. Land is about 5 minutes from the heiberger grocery on hwy 5. Not leasable. The only reason it is for sale is we need to sell it to buy a piece of land that is right in the middle of the piece that we primarily hunt. Neighbors have never been an issue, seem pretty normal. One neighbor just has 40 acres that he always let's us turkey hunt. He may would sell as well to make it a larger tract.

This piece is perfect for 2 or 3 people to have a little cabin on and to hunt. It hunts big for its size. Hammerdown (member here) leased it for 2 years and hunted it with 2 of his friends before finding a larger tract closer to his home. They killed a few nice deer and had pics of some studs they never killed.

Awesome piece of property. I thought I would give my 2 cents since I leased it for several years. Loved hunting down there. Place is beautiful, has about everything you could want. Lake, creek, swamp, lots of hardwood/oaks, pines stands, plenty of green fields, etc... place hunts big! Took several nice deer from there and have some pics of some sure enough monsters, 140 to 150 class bucks. Has anything you wanna hunt from deer, turkey, ducks,dove hunt size fields, all the small game. Would still be there if not for time constraints from work limiting my woods time and a place literally minutes from shop and house. All the folks we meet there we good people. I miss that place. Ben2 and his family are great folks, you wont find any better.
