Elm-Hat Hunting Club

Does anybody know anything about Elm-Hat hunting club in Society Hill al?

I have read a lot about it and spent some time on their web site. If I was hunting a place to join and was close I would have to go check it out.
I think they have 7000 ac. 50 members @ $2000

I know a few people who have been in it and I believe it's a good well run club.

I was in it for a while . Great land lots of people but a good club. I was told the man that started and ran it Elvis Menasco died back in feb not sure who runs it now website hasn't been updated in a while as of a minth ago

There area is some of the best hunting in the state. I hunting within a mile of their place several years ago.

I have no interest in this club.

They have great land but wasn't my thing would work till 7 am get up be at sign in board during now season and would have 10-15 signed out by 12ish , gun season would mainly hunt the least popular pieces of land and hunt during the week only cause of the folks but think as far as being a good club and ran good it was . They got most of that land by the president being sneaky and stole it out from under Big Swamp
