Looking for Turkey rights around Fayette County

I'm interested in finding property (200ac+) to have sole rights on Turkey hunting in any part of Fayette County, Southern Marion, Western area of Walker, and possibly Northern Tuscaloosa. We lease 1200 acres around Bankston. 4 of us lease it, it is not a hunting club. None of us hunt turkey and we have a lot of them on our place.
