Thats a good piece of property. Whoever gets it will have really good neighbors on the 5000 acres to the south. Low membership, mature bucks, still hunt only. This Property will pick up a bunch of deer later in the season too as there is a very well run 7000 acre dog club on the east side of HWY 331 that will pressure a bunch of good bucks across the highway.

I'll go ahead and do it. I'll offer $1.50/acre right now and can have the check in Andalusia by 3:00 this afternoon. We'll see if he bites????? In alll seriousness though, this is a good piece of property.

I saw a fine buck on 331 just above the florala airport back in March. He was a fine buck that's for sure.

Yep, on the left side of 331 going south.

Did it use to be panther Creek hc?

I don't think so but I don't really know.

I think the old panther creek hunting club is now the Terrapin Ridge hunting club.

I've been in both Burnt House and Terrapin Ridge. Always thought panther Creek was south of the rest between
larance tower highway and 331.

May have been but I know terrapin ridge used to be part of it.
