Members Wanted for Wilcox Club

Hey all, Looking for two members to join in this season. CURRENTLY ITS 3 MEMBERS (Father/son/uncle). We have A gorgeous 500ac of property in Lamison Al in Wilcox County with two small ponds and a good internal road system. Tripods, lock on's, Ladder stands, Buddy stands, Shooting Houses, Ground Blinds, climbers are allowed also. The deer have been strictly managed for 8years harvesting only mature game for qdm purposes and only planting very high quality forrage . The property has some large hardwood creek bottoms, 3yr old cut over, pine plantation (10-12year old trees) (also some 8 year old pines). GREAT CLUB! Rv spots AVAILABLE full service hookups! Are the rv spots on club property? Or to a local campground that charges monthly hookup? Jw

The rv park is a few miles from the land, we have leased spaces there for years and the folks who look over it are friends of ours for a while now.IM PRETTY SURE WE PAY JUST FOR THE HUNTING SEASON ON A FLAT RATE AND PAY LIKE $80 FOR THE POWER USED BY THE END OF SEASON. Very good people and A SAFE PLACE. VERY SAFE. AND CHEAP!!!! COUNTRY COOKING STYLE RESTRAUNT RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! ALSO CLOSE TO TRUCK STOP SERVING COUNTRY BREAKFAST AND DINNER! GREAT PLACE. Did I mention VERY CHEAP & SAFE.

Late start on advertising the club a lot had already made commitments to other clubs for the season and Most who have been interested just found a little to much driving for them, But calls are constant and by the looks of things the 2 DEER memberships won't be lasting much longer.

Its gonna be tough to fill those spots..I talked with several people in clubs just north of u..And both clubs their in are missing at least 4 to 6 members this year..Few months back there was pretty big piece of property someone let go right by y'all..Money's tight this year for some folks..

If I had this 500 acres with two of my family members I would keep it at 3 members and raise the dues a little.

On my way to Safford yesterday, I rode by the property for lease. Great looking tract. I knew it had to be it so I stopped and took a picture just in the event someone else wanted to stop and look. It has a sign out by the road.

Shaw put a warning in one of your many threads begging for members for people to stop derailing the thread. So you start a new one.

Even though you have already started FOUR threads in this Forum asking for members or trying to sell turkey rights or memberships, I told you in one of your PM's a week or so ago that you could start a new thread if you wanted. I take it back. Don't start any more.

You started all this schit when you started changing the price of membership. I don't give a damn if you charge $2 or $200,000 for a membership but when you change the price, people assume you are just trying to make a buck.

I've never had a Moderator notification in the Land & Lease Forum until you started posting this schit. Since June 23rd, you have sent me 8 Moderator notifications about your threads in the Land and Leases Forum asking me to "ban people" or "make an example" of someone for posting on your thread. Stop it. I wouldn't join your damn club if it was 50 cents a day because if you whine this much at the club you would make it miserable for me. But that's just me, some people might enjoy that schit and pay whatever your club dues are at this time.

I totally agree with what Brent posted. BUT, the same group of people that think it is their duty to blow up and harass folks in their lease and classified threads because they don't agree with the price or how a club is run, is going to stop.
