First year club looking for a couple of good guys. Old Town Creek Hunting Club currently has 515 acres north of Marion. Mature hardwood, pine plantation, fresh clearcut, and hayfields. This is the first year this property has been offered for lease. It was recently purchased from a private landowner. Total membership 4 or 5. We have 2 members so far. Roads are newly built and graveled. This will be a QDMA minded club with selective harvest of mature animals. Good deer, turkey and small game. We are easy to get along with and would like to find like minded members.
Dues 1100 for 5 or 1375 for 4. Seed and plot fees included. This is a great tract with trophy potential. We will be at the land this Saturday. If you would like to join us, let me know. Send a pm and I can give you my contact.
