It is in a great area. Club is open checkbook, no secrets. The lease is $23,217. Six people at $4750 is $28,500 which leaves us $5,283 for planting and supplemental feeding in the summer.

This is a very good area. We are about 5 miles north and its worth the money if you can swing it.

have you or anyone in your club ever seen the black panther on your property? A buddy of mine has video of it on one of his green fields behind the store at the corner of hwy 5 and 66.

The state record muzzleloader was killed on the north side of hwy21. Crappiehunter I know one of your club members pretty well and I also have hunted Triple B farms that borders y'alls land next to sedgefield and Lamar's property. This is the first year we will have our property, I have hunted it before with a buddy of mine. They had it for 6 years and the only reason they let it go is because they got 1800 acres in Uniontown that's is privately owned by a doctor friend of his and it boarders the Pilots high fence. I have been looking for a piece of property up there for 20 yrs and they don't come available unless you know someone. So as far as the Panther goes they have never seen him before.

What happen to the turkey hunting rights? Jackson and them use to have them.

Have no idea where Grands Plantation is. We sub leased the turkey rights out to help pay for the camp house.

Grands is the high fence land with all off the exotics.
