I would like to find some land 500 acres or less. Or hunting club with dues $1500 or less needs to be 3 hours from mobile or less. Camper spots and utilities. NO DOG HUNTING.

That company has a hard time keeping their property leased. The leases are always offered in the middle of a 3 year lease term. They have interesting deposit requirements also.
