Immediate openings for new 1376 acre lease in Winston Co. in Black Pond area. Membership includes access to 6 other properties in Franklin, Marion, and Winston counties, 3500 acres total. We are a family oriented club and don't allow alchohol. Lots of food plots and shooting houses. Our 1680 acre lease in Franklin Co. is under management and bucks must be at least 3.5 yrs old and has a full feature cabin on it. This new Winston Co lease will be in a management program as well, all other properties are under state guidelines only. Whether you're after meat or antlers we have you covered! I offer turkey only memberships for $400..you have access to all properties. This new lease in Winston Co is loaded with turkeys..the Franklin Co properties have plenty of birds too..very few turkey hunters in the club.

YEKRUT, I'm still looking for land in Limestone Co and Giles Co TN.

Would you offer membership for only the Winston County property? I dont have any interest in the Marion or Franklin property.
