Anyone hear if Rayonier is going up this year?

I think you can count on every timber company going up yearly just depends on how much

Crazy.

Westervelt goes up 3% every year. Eventually 3% is a lot of money. But the crazy thing is if I let it go they will lease it for less than I’m paying now. I guess being good stewards of their land means absolutely nothing to them

Rayonier is usually way higher than anyone else around here

Yeah, I’ve never quite understood their philosophy. Go up every year, but if it is dropped it goes back down to the starting point
