Have a little over 1000 acers between aliceville and benevola. Looking to see if anyone wants to take over the lease. Its fully planted and ready to go. has two camps, electricity and water. The information he gave me back when first posted was around 18K. That's a nice size piece of land but seems high for the area. But what ain't high now days.

Sorry for not responding gents. Its been a crazy couple weeks. We was trying to get on a new lease and give this one up. That deal fell through. As of now we will be keeping this lease for the remainder of the season and then letting it go. This lease is so expensive because it has a single wide trailer already on it.
