Land deal

Land deal - 08/03/22 07:05 PM

Was talking with a friend of mine about this tract this morning. You don’t find river bottom land for $1000/acre very often. Would require a rail car bridge or similar to get across Bassets Creek though.

I have no involvement with the sale of this, just thought I’d pass it on.

That place probably stays under water most of the winter

I’m sure access is limited at times. But there is a ridge along the river bank that will likely be dry except in major floods.

A guy I worked with owned it for 2 years. It stays under water most of the winter.

Pretty sure that’s why it’s listed at 225,000
