Looking for club/lease Butler, Wilcox or Lowndes

Looking for either a lease or club in the Butler, Wilcox and/or Lowndes areas. Closer to Greenville the better. Club wise I’m looking for something with 250:1 acre to land/hunter ratio or better with a management program. Lease wise, anywhere from 150-400 and don’t care for the turkey rights if that helps. I already have other leases in the area along with a camp house so I won’t be adding much if any pressure to anything and won’t need a place to stay. Heck for the right spot I’ll negotiate turkey rights on my place to sweeten the pot:

I used to hunt Wilcox years ago and it was fine hunting. I'm hearing its not so great anymore especially when you factor in all the thieves in the area, is this true?

There are pockets here and there that are still good and I have yet to have anything stolen in the 12-15 yrs of hunting in the area. Owning a camp house in the area is my only real motivation to not venture to other parts of the state.

I’d love to hunt in that area but $15/ac and deer hunting only?!? Says they want a group of 3-4 so that’s at least $5250 per person, doesn’t say if insurance is included. Then planting and a camp house???? $8k a year per person by the time all is said and done. I’ll keep my money and hunt Lowndes WMA!
