I’m looking for a lease or membership. Ideally would be within 6-7 hours of Birmingham. Willing to spend a significant amount of money for the right opportunity. Not picky about the state, as long as the property is right. If anyone has anything, shoot me a pm.

The one above it is a Kansas lease with better ratios. The Ohio lease is only 300 acres for 6 people.
