What is the going rate or a fair price for 100 to 200 acres of mature hardwoods to lease for deer hunting?

10 to 20 bucks an acre. Depends on what part of the state you're in.
Or how bad someone else won't it.

I'd like to see you find land in geneva county for $6/ac. I've been looking for something in geneva county for 2 yrs now.

Have to agree hamma.... Just a few spots of barren wasteland out there for 10-12. Or solid 5 year old pines.

Mature hardwoods...... gets pretty pricey. So i would bet on 15-20

^^^^^^^ This. Mature woods in a good area with decent neighbors, youre looking at $15-$25/acre. Small tracts like that can usually command a slightly higher price per/acre too since they can be had/afforded by a single person or family wanting to do their own thing.
