New club with 1500 plus contiguous acres. Clear cuts, hard woods and creek / Swamp areas. Ability to double size next year. 8-9 members total this year. Need one or possibly two members. If you have a tractor to help with green fields, possible to lower your membership costs. 15 + green fields most with shooting houses. 130+ 3-1/2 YO harvest goals. Camphouse with power and running water. I had this property 20 years ago, and we had several 150+ deer harvested. First work days Oct 2-3. I hunted this place years ago with them and can vouch for the big deer coming off the place. I know the poster and he is a stand up guy. I don’t know the other members he has for this year but know he would not take just any joe blow off the street
