Big deer and lots of pigs in that area. Steep hills and deep hollers as well

I am curious why all the property around it is leased and this one is still available? Is it an access issue?
I can tell you the deer in that area will surprise you but I'm sure it's extremely steep right there.my brother in law has hunted every square inch of that property and area so PM me im sure he wouldn't mind telling you about it.ive hunted alot of that area but didn't grow up there like he did stomping around all over

I do believe it has gates in the joe branch side. Might even be some on the lock 17 road side. So access shouldn’t be an issue. But that is gonna be some billy goat steep property.
