Soterra has a lease listed in St. Clair County. Two tracts totaling 43 acres for $350. Aerial photos show both as wooded with road access. Too far for me to travel, but someone local might be interested.

Sorry, was on there yesterday and now it's gone. Must have been leased already.

i saw it too...soterra does a good job with their site and makes leasing pretty simple...somebody jumped on it
