SE Bama 500 acres - 04/18/21 12:22 PM

I’m lookin for the right person to share this tract with me . Deer/turkey good roads, food plots and plenty of water with a decent primitive campsite just off the blacktop !! Must have the ability to age deer and understand what hunting pressure is ! And must help with up keep of land ! This means you’ll have to pay and work. If this sounds like something interesting to you pm me and we can talk !!

Depends on what you’re managing for. I can manage plots. Timber. Food. Etc. and like doing that.

You can definitely try to make the 500ac the best it can be. Don’t say you can’t.

This sounds like a good opportunity for somebody, goodluck man..hope you find what your lookin for..as for management..you absolutely can manage a property to the fullest extent of its potential..if i could get my hands on 500 acres..i guarantee i could make it special and the resident wildlife would prefer my hard work and dedication to the latter. You gotta think about whats around you...you maximixe your properties habitat potential and youll draw all kinds of critters off property with crappy habitat. Sooo, out compete your neighbors..an put out mor corn than they do rofl...good luck sir👍🏻

Are you open to building a sanctuary and bow hunting only?

This is a really stupid comment. Let me guess, you "manage" a 4k acre timber owned hunting club with 45 members and their families hunting. I promise I'd rather be managing and hunting the 500 acres that adjoins that property!
