Monroe/conecuh county club or land lease

I am looking for a club with very few members or a lease in
Conecuh or Monroe counties. I don’t want no part of a brown it’s
Down. Workdays are no problem I get just about as much enjoyment
Out of them then hunting. Have tractor and implements that could be used as well
If anybody knows of a place please let me know. Thanks

Tough to find. I had a lease there about ten years ago and we let it go. That was a mistake.

keep an eye out on all the timber company websites around May. If its lease land your after, you better be checking it regularly every day. These days People are pulling the trigger sight unseen as soon as a tract is listed. If they don't like it they just sub lease it & hang on to it for a rainy day. vacant Land is getting very hard to come by. Just 3 years ago tracts would stay available for weeks at a time. Not any more

Check your lease. If your lease does not mention or prohibit subletting then you are in the clear and free to do so. But, most likely, your lease contains a clause which either expressly prohibits subletting or requires you to obtain your landlord’s approval prior to subletting.

Nobody is going to jail in Alabama for sub-leasing hunting land.
