Rather than revive an old post I figured I’d start a new one.
I’m still looking for 300-4000 acres in either Butler, Wilcox or Lowndes Counties. Preferably no further than 30min from the Greenville area. This will be for personal use and not for a “club” as to I already have two clubs that I’m part of in the general area. If you know of anything coming up, please feel free to shoot me a PM. Thanks.

You could buy a chunk of land for the same payment as you will pay to lease 4000 acres. Just something to think about.

No sir. I am looking for anything from 300-4000 acres. Size available will determine how many of my group will be involved on the lease or if I will just absorb it for myself.

Thanks Dr. B. I have been looking for quite some time now with no luck. Hopefully that will change this year.

I’d contact some land realty companies and inquire about lands for lease in those areas. They deal with land owners who are willing to lease.
