Spending the next 4 months near Dadeville. Anyone know of any clubs or landowners I could pay to turkey hunt for the season?

Are there any turkeys in Dadeville? I don't turkey hunt but was in a deer lease last year about 5 miles from downtown and I don't think I saw a single turkey.

Man tallapoosa county used to be full of gobbling turkeys! Good times for sure back then. Hear 10-15 birds gobble at daylight

Ben where I hunted was about 90 percent planted pines so that may have been the biggest factor.

Ben is right it use to be eat up with turkeys but friends that still hunt over there say it’s not close to what it use to be. Still some good pockets but overall it’s gone way down hill.
