I have someone who had a last minute cancelation on a hunting lease. It is approximately 200 acres just off Hwy 28 couple of miles from Camden Al. If you know someone who may be interested send me a message.

No trespassing issues land owner lives in house that borders property and she is not gonna bother anything. I think I have responded to all messages. I did not think I would get as many but the property is still available.

Given that it hasn't leased yet, of course it is.

But, knowing now that it is, posting the details would at least weed some of the bs out.
