I am looking for 200-400 acres in or around Chilton county to lease for deer only. Had, or should I say thought I had, a piece of land lined up, but didn’t work out. Let me know if you have something. NOT looking to join a club, nor create one.

check facebook i saw on the alabama deer hunters or alabama public land in clanton there was 200 acres for deer for $1,250 and turkey only was $1,900

Talked to him Over the weekend. Told him I would set up at time today to go look at it. He went ahead and showed it to someone else who is interested, so I am working on plan B.

Never thought I would see the day turkey only went for more than deer. $9/ac, geesh.

They can ask $100/acre if they want. No one will pay that.
