Low member Clarke County club

Looking for members for 2018-2019 QDM club in Clarke County near Thomasville, 3,600 acres of the old Scotch Management Area. We have a camp house with 4 camper hookups within 3.5 miles of main gate on hwy 154. This will be our 2nd year of hunting this property, the property hadn’t been legally hunted the previous 2 years.There will be 12 members max at $3,500.00 a membership. We will be harvesting 4.5 year old bucks and older as our immediate neighboring clubs. We only had 5 members last year and very low pressure. Please pm me for more information.

Does that include planting and utilities? Or just lease cost?

Includes everything but camp utilities (gas,water,electric,which will be divided by members).

Great land. Of course, great land if it's managed properly and shoot 4 yr old bucks with a low percentage of 3 yr old bucks harvested.
