I've hunted an Island that a friend of mine owns that is just up river from Brandywine.

It's a very unique area and from what I have heard, Brandywine is just like my friends place as far as the timber and terrain.

When you buy it I'll go hunt it for you and give you my opinion of it.

Let me get the check book out. I bet I could hunt it one good time before the checked bounced.

Honestly I didn't know anything like that existed. I've dreamt up hunting places my whole life, and I'm not sure the dream wasn't this place.

Wonder how high the river has to get for it all to be under water?

Back during the floods in 2011, all but 10 acres of it were underwater. With the flood level at 34ft, 1/5 of the island remains above water.

My buddies place gets flooded too. All of his structures are on stilts and are about 10' off the ground.

Should make the deer easy to find...
