There were 4 places posted on afoa.org. 3 to 4K was average price. Contact info and everything is on their page

Those prices fine. I hunt in Russell county now, but our management practices, are just not what I'm looking for

There are several on afoa web site in Montgomery Lowndes Bullock Sumter and Marengo counties anywhere from $2,500 - $10,000 should be able to find something that would fit your requirements.
