As of today, we now have (5)Members and will be taking in (1)possibly (2)more. Dues at the moment are $3,950.00 and will drop depending on Final # of Members. An idea at said # of Members.....(6) = $3,750.00 / (7) = $3,500.00

Land: (1,600ac - 100ac Wilcox & 1,500ac Clarke)

Privately Owned and has been under Lease/Strict Management for +10yrs. Myself & (3)others are looking for an additional (1-2)Members, which will put either (5,6 possibly 7) Guys in. Consists of Mature Timber (850ac 35-40yr Pines, 600ac Merch. Hardwood & 50ac Cutover in 2017) throughout Rolling Topo. Cane Creek Runs thru the Middle of it w/another (4-5)Streams breaking off of it, along w/a few Smaller Ponds/Water Holes.(35) Green Fields that vary in Size. Well Maint. Roads, Gated, Beautiful Hills & Bottoms. Trophy Managed! Aim to take Mature Deer & the Correct Amount of Does needed.

As close as it is to Lower Peachtree......I would say more like 'The Green Belt'!

Seriously though, it is a nice tract that will make a nice Club!!

I hope they've all got "black belts" cause unless it has changed, they will probably need them for all he hand to hand combat they will be doing with the poachers down in Lower Peachtree. There is some really nice land down there but unless it has changed in the last 4-5 years, there is also a group down that way that hunts whatever property they want to, regardless of who owns it or has it leased. Also, they used to be bad about breaking into camps and taking, literally, anything that wasnt nailed or bolted down. Hog, is it still as bad as it used to be down that way????

I've been in the Area for the past 4yrs now and haven't had not a one issue. Now for that specific Tract, I can't speak for, other than it's setup is unbelievable and the Lessee that had it before me had nothing but great things to say about it. But when you say, there's a Group down there that Hunts whatever, whenever and wherever, can you give any specifics? Or is it hear say? Just wondering is all. I'd assume most folks as well as myself would like to know more about the Poachers we're Hunting with...👍

Don't know about now, but years ago, people would steal everything you had and even burn you out. Especially if you were from Florida. I hate to say it, but there were some sorry SOB's in that part of the country. That was 15-20 years ago. Sure hope it's changed.

I've been hunting in Lower Peachtree and/or Sunny South for years and never had a problem.

Had a lease in Sunny South last year right off Cook Hill Rd. Old camp house came with it. This past March someone broke in and stole our cots and some old heaters and wall unit ACs. He was caught and had also broken into some camps in Marengo and Wilcox counties.
