I'd be interested in it if it wasn't $17.50ac and knowing that it's Rayonier Tract. More likely at very most it was Leased for $2,000.00. If you'd be interested in nearing the Price you Paid for it, I'd be interested. Thanks

Most timber companies frown on subleasing hunting tracts, if that is what it is.
