I leased 3,400 contiguous acres in Bates County, MO. Large blocks like this are almost unheard of in the midwest. It is an ideal setup. Purchased in 2015 by a farmer who does not hunt. Has not been hunted since 2015. The working farm gets closely watched 24/7. Excellent fertile soils. Landscape is a mix of soybean/corn, CRP, timber, creeks and ponds. Excellent genetics.
