Couple of options. Either a small lease or hunting club roughly 45 minutes from Tuscaloosa. Me, my father in law, and 12 yr old son hu t together and enjoy spending time with each other. We got excited and got a new lease this year and it just doesn't have a whole lit of deer on it. I got pics of some good bucks and lots of turkeys, just not many deer in general. Sightings were very low. Would like a place where sightings were a little better. If anyone knows anything on a lease or knows of a decent club with 2 openings (and my son can hunt under my membership), let me know
Would like the club dues to be around $750($850 absolute tops). Lease would like 150-200 acres (or whatever we could get for $1,500-$1,700

Also open to the idea of sharing a l ase with one or two other like minded people to get a larger tract

You don't want it Bradley. The club to the south east of it is full of outlaws and reprobates. I think Trox and Beadlescomb are even in it. Oh yeah, they all voted straight democrat in the last election.
