Club Openings or Leases 17-18 / 2 hour or less from Montgomery - 01/05/17 10:05 PM
]Looking for a family oriented club to join or land to lease. Would like it to be within a 2 hour radius of Montgomery. Deer management is a must. Land leases need to be ]no less than 60 acres. I can lease by myself or with a group. Text me at(334) 782-6217 or email me at tmartin.journey@gmail.com

Deer management and family oriented are a HARD pair of things to find and to administer in a club. If "kids" first deer is limited to once per kid it's workable. If they're exempted from the rules that apply to the adults friction and hard feelings can (and likely will) occur.

Is 60 acres a typo? Deer management on 60 acres is impossible unless there is a fence.

Deer management was meant for being in a club.

I agree. I have no problem with first deer kid friendly rules.

Call Todd at 334-482-3532 for Pine Ridge. You won't be but a few miles from one of our tracts at the WSFA tower. We picked up another tract, 620 acres, yesterday and have another 800 acre tract we are probably going to get.
