Looking for Club or Small Lease around Calhoun/Cleburne

I know its early but never hurts. Sick of this public land / WMA. I need to be able to hunt when I'm able to, not when they let me. Its gotten old.

Anyways, Looking for a mature Club or Small lease for me and my dad around the Calhoun / Cleburne county area.
Looking for deer hunting, turkey and small game. I have a small son that I'm wanting to bring small game hunting at times to get him interested in the outdoors.
