Looking for a smallish lease in or around Linden, AL. Anyone know if any contacts or avg price around there? Don't need anything big, only family and friends will be hunting it.

Get ready to spend major money! That area is some of the best in AL. Hard to find in that area as well.

Bring on the money for sure.. Westervelt land going for 15ish and private property prices for small parcels between 20-25
