Stood-up, Multiple Times. Searching for Hunting Lease

Unfortunately ran into some bad luck over the past month or so. A friend and I have had multiple leases fall through from people not keeping their word. In search of a hunting lease within 2 hours of Birmingham, preferably. I know it is very late in the process and now am just trying to stay local, but if anyone has anything available it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
