We are looking for 1 member for 450 ac lease in Pine Apple. Deer hunting for mature deer. Good number of deer, plenty of does can be taken in designated areas. Camp site available nearby. $1600

Why would anyone pay that kind of money to lease land and not get turkey rights? I'm starting to see a lot of this now days.

Our reason is because the members already in do not Turkey hunt. You are probably seeing that alot because lease fees are so dang high. We have Turkey only membership to help pay planting, and other costs. In the past companies were about wildlife preservation and sportsman participation as a service to respective communities. Some companies are driving lease costs up for everyone because they are now concerned about how much money they can make rather then providing recreational opportunities to hunters. Sad to say it probably only gets worse making it very difficult for some hunters to stick with it.
