ISO a hunting club with atleast 200 acres per member. no guest restrictions. no work days. for around $500 dollars. hey BGH does your place work for me.

We average between 8 and 32 members each year so the member/per acre average varies from year to year.

For $500 you'd be allowed to hunt the second Tuesday of December between 12:20 PM and 2:30 PM.

I think by pointing out some of the stupid stuff they have seen in the past they are saying that your idea is a good one to help eliminate some of that. Or maybe they just like screwing with you. It's one of those two.

No locals
No retirees
No kids

1000 acres.
Cost $2,300 per member.
Friends of mine and anybody else hunts free yours cost 150 a day.
30 members most don't hunt except a week each season.
8 pt-130" only 1 a year for you, everyone else brown it's down.
Turkey not included I hunt them myself. Stay out of here in spring.
10 older members retired hunt all the time and have choice of stand each 100 acre tract they chose. Stay out of their area.

yeah but don't expect good results when you have 300 acres and want 8 members plus families, thats freakin crazy.

1 person per 100 acres not even good ratio if you have brown it's down all around you. I can see why a person would want to restrict club to one hunter per membership plus maybe 1 kid only with one buck limit with restricted access.
