They finally posted their land for lease...they have 58 tracts available....have at it

That 519 in perry is the tract I let go this year. If the price was a little better I wouldn't have.

When you pull up the map they all show red already leased.

Big AL. Do you ever actually lease any land or join a club ? I see your postings s everywhere about some land or this club and that club?.

I do a little of both...usually try to keep my own lease for the wife and kids..most of my land is either leased from individuals or timber companies...my last lease was Westervelt had to let it go they added some land and I could not pay the thousands it cost all alone...either way I just try to throw out land leases for others that are looking..I usually have several questions about clubs..I'm a little picky.

$20/acre for track in south perry county. Negative on that.

I agree with that..I must not have noticed that one.

All land is Available for request 8AM EST 8/02...per their email to me.

I know that I am a wore-out old fart because I can remember when hunting on paper company land was basically free. Hunting has about got too expensive for me to justify the cost. Hope the grandsons get a high paying job so they can continue the tradition.

I agree...if the prices go up I'll have to stick with fishing and start hunting public land...

Prices have gone up a ton from even 10 years ago but I'm gonna try and hang in long as I can cause its only hobby for me and I just love being out in woods so much and of course Bama football, Roll Tide !

All the good land is being bought by rich a holes and people who actully eat ,sleep and breath hunting get the over priced scraps. Then once u build a lease into something they lease it out from under you or jack the price up .

Yes sir, just look around the Internet at clubs advertising for members. It's hard to find one that is over 100acres/member without paying $2500 and up. In past year or two your starting to see more that are $3500 and up. I've seen one that was $6000/ member but it only had 4 or 5 members. $2500 is my limit. I'll quit when I have to pay more than that and just bass fish every weekend.

They going fast cause the original lease holders are renewing their leases at last minute
