Evergreen Hunting Club is made up of approximately 1600 acres of three to six year old regenerated cutover. Formerly a part of White Oak Plantation, the land was under a quality deer management program for approximately 30 years. The land has been under trophy deer management for the last six years with very little hunting pressure. The neighbors (no clubs) are also practicing quality deer management.
A nice clubhouse, seed and fertilizer are included in the price. There will be a maximum of 10 members. Membership dues for 2016-2017 are $3500 for a single membership and $500 for each dependent.
