It joins our 2,055 acres located south of it. We are a 4+ year old buck club so would love for some like minded folks to get it. We couldn't make it work with our current numbers and did not want to add more members to make it work since we want a good member/acre ratio. I've been on it so let me know if anyone has any questions please.

I'm interested in it but I can't pull up the location. I have a farm in ralph. If it's kinda close I'm down...

You can click on where it says greene county and zoom in to the green dot marking the tract and flip over to satellite image if that helps you any...then I zoom in and out to find surrounding roads..

I just looked this up this is part of old springhill hunt club. i think they changed the name to ambush club. this land is all north of all c&w club across wayhauser hill. If i was interested in leasing it i would nail them down on when they plan on harvesting timber. You may get to sit in a stand watch them cut timber all winter. They have done it to every lease in that area

Right on in the location Big AL. The road at the southern side of the 374 runs through Spring Hill Club and then runs between us and the 374. It's a little dirt road of course.

Hey doc, you are correct. It used to be a part of Spring Hill up until the season before last and I believe they let it go due to financial reasons. I think a few guys who left their club leased it last year and I am not sure what their hunting goals were on the 374. They left with little notification after the season.

C & W is not there any longer and we are.

You can turn right at the four way at Snoddy coming from Ralph on Snoddy Road. Just go up to the church and turn left and it takes you out to the property.
You can also access it by going on up to the four way at Mantua and turning right. Take the first road on right and it actually dead ends right at the lower left corner of the property.

Re: Greene county land posted - 07/14/16 11:18 AM

Yes I did . I was hoping it was joining the property I already have. I'm surrounded by westervelt property but I'm still interested in it. I wouldn't want to be the lease holder but if you lease it let me know. I'll keep watching this conversation. Thanks
